OUR MISSION
Library of Dreams was founded in 2014 by Mdm. Nguyen Phi Van, Chairwoman of Retail & Franchise Asia Company, and Mr. Nguyen Van Tien Hung, head of Tuổi Trẻ Cười magazine, with the aim of developing a free creative library system for underprivileged children in economically disadvantaged regions. Apart from books, the library shall be used as a community space for kids to learn various arts such as music, painting, photography.
Our Founder
Ms. Nguyen Phi Van graduated with an MBA in Australia, has lived and worked in more than 120 countries, and is an advisor to many governments in the field of franchising and innovation. She is also the author of books that inspire the fire to young people such as "Going the field to the world"; "Me, the future and the world"; "Start-up franchising – a short way to the world", "Tôi đi tìm tôi", "Nym - My Future Self", and "Tôi, Tương lai và thế giới'.
With her global experiences, she hopes that the future of Vietnamese children will have greater access to knowledge, art and creativity, preparing for a tumultuous and challenging period of the century 21.

Library of Dreams
The project focuses on building 1,000 libraries in primary and secondary schools in 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam, in order to build self-study habits and nurture imagination and creativity through through reading to students.
2025-2035
Electronic Library
Applying technology to provide e-books and online learning resources for elementary, middle and high school students across the country
From 2030
Creative Library
Deploy more training courses on soft skills, arts, creativity, and career guidance to support future generations to integrate into the future and the world.
Goal and Mission
Our wish: By 2030, there will be 1,000 DREAM LIBRARY across Vietnam, 1 MILLION Vietnamese children will have access to books and artistic and creative activities.
As of September 2022, the project has built 92 libraries, in 15 provinces such as Tay Ninh, Binh Phuoc, Vung Tau, Vinh Long, Ben Tre, Dong Nai, Lam Dong, Can Gio, Daklak, Dak Nong , Quang Nam, Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh, Son La, Yen Bai with the number of students accessing books & art activities: more than 46,000 students.
